Q: How can I configure my email settings?
A: The correct email settings for the usage of your email client are:
smtp : mail.domainname.xxx
pop3 : mail. domainname.xxx
user: own email
pwd: own password

ATTENTION: the outgoing mail server requires authentication; without authentication email sending is not guaranteed.

Q: What happens if I exceed the limits of my hosting plan? Will you block my domain?
A: If you exceed the traffic or space limits of your hosting plan, you will be contacted by our staff with a warning email. You will receive 3 warning emails in order to have the time to reply and find a solution with our staff. If we don’t receive any reply after the third warning email, all your services will be suspended.

Q: How can I use the AWSTATS?
A: You can use the AWSTATS by clicking the link in the ‘statistics’ section of the HELM control panel.

Q: What happens if my website causes problems? Will you block my domain?
A: Your web site will be immediately suspended if:
- The problem compromises the stability of the server;
- The domain name and website owner refuses to follow our staff instructions to resolve the problem;
- The domain name and website owner does not reply to our staff warning emails.

Q: How can I access my website via FTP?
A: To access your website via FTP, you can use the HELM or PLESK control panels and set the right password of the service. Our staff does not know the passwords and will never send access data via emails.

Q: How can I create my own MYSQL database?
A: You can create your own MYSQL database with the HELM or PLESK control panels.

Q: How long does it take to activate all my services?
A: Your services will be activated within 5 hours from when your payment has been received.
You can send us a valid copy of your payment to accelerate the procedure. If the copy is not valid or not readable, our staff will send you a warning mail and your order will not be processed.

Q: Can I change my hosting plan?
A: Yes. You can change your hosting plan paying the difference between the two plans. You must contact our staff.

Q: Can I transfer my domains .com .net .org .biz .info etc.?
A: Two or three weeks before your .it domain expires, you need to require the Authorization Key and UNLOCK to your old provider. Once you have obtained the code you need to confirm the transfer replying to the domain ADMIN-C email. Then your domain will be transferred in 5 working days.

Q: How long does it take to activate a .it domain?
A: The .it domains have a special activation procedure. You need to send a fax to the Italian Registration Authority. It will take from 24 to 48 hours to receive a reply. If there is no reply, we suggest resending the fax. When the Italian Registration Authority receives your fax, the registration or transfer will take from 3 to 5 days.
